The enhancements keep coming!
We’ve heard your feedback and are thrilled to announce another enhancement to CRM Connect. You’ll now have more options to customize how CRM Connect is sent.
Beginning March 1, you will be able to:
- Score your Most Likely Buyers on a range of 1-10 to select which ones you’d like to receive alerts about
- Customize the maximum number of alerts sent to your CRM each day
- Customize how often you’d like to receive these alerts – all 7 days of the week, or every other day
Every team is unique, so we’re putting more control and flexibility in your hands to bring in the best results for your dealership.
Right out of the gate, the CRM alert system will default to sending alerts for customers who score 9 and above, and you will receive up to 10 records per day, Monday-Friday. We suggest working with these default settings for a few weeks to see what’s working and isn’t for you and your team. Then, we can begin making appropriate customizations. Our Account Executives will work with you to customize your settings according to what works best.
