We are very excited to announce some enhancements to the DSplus Dealer Platform. We were very busy throughout 2016 getting all sorts of new features set up and some have already made their debut. Others will be unveiled in the new year with the launch of the new and improved Dealer Platform.
You may have already noticed that some of these updates have already been enabled in the program:
Consumer Information Pages – All of the information we have on each consumer is now rolled up into one place. When you click on a specific consumer’s name from any report in the platform, you will be guided through to this page.
Search Bar – This feature has been a long time coming! You can now search for an individual consumer in your database with an easy-to-use search bar located at the top of your homepage in the platform. This search will show you consumers guide you to that person’s Consumer Information Page.
Reynolds Certification – We are now able to officially offer a Reynolds Certified Interface for use in securely extracting DMS data from Reynolds & Reynolds via our DMS Connect product.
Fuel Gauge Reporting – In an effort to ensure you have the most valuable performance metrics for your DSplus program at your fingertips each and every month, we are now sending these metrics directly to your inbox on a monthly basis. Be sure to keep a look out for yours this month!
Most Likely Buyers & CRM Connect – Most Likely Buyers is our buyer detection tool that provides you with insight into which of your customers and prospects have a high propensity to purchase within 90 days, and where available, which specific makes and models (competitive or Toyota) they are shopping for. We have seen so much success with this feature that we have decided to make it a part of the standard program for 2017. Additionally, the optional CRM Connect feature allows you to deliver those most engaged customers right to your CRM and not skip a beat with your team on engaging with them in your normal process at the dealership.
Social Advertising – In addition to our certified TDDS Social Media and Reputation Management program, we can now support you on standalone custom social advertising programs created specifically for your dealership’s priorities.
