The all-new 2018 Camry has landed.
The holidays have zipped by—and just like that, we’re in 2018. It’s time to check out the results of the 2018 Camry Launch for your dealership! As a refresher, the launch support included two targeted communications and a dedicated microsite specific to your dealership. We determined the audience for these communications based on behavioral click data gathered from other campaigns, and past purchase and service history that indicate when a consumer may be in market for the featured vehicle.
So, how exactly do you look into how your dealership performed? In your platform, of course! To view, simply log into your DSplus Platform. From there, click Learn which will default directly to your Email Summary report. To view the Vehicle Launch Trigger results, select Vehicle Launch in the Campaigns box and click Generate Report. To view the Vehicle Drip results, select Vehicle Launch Drip and click Generate Report again. If you would like to view both together, hold down your shift key to highlight both and generate your report. That’s it!
Overall, triggers were sent to over 1,200,000 consumers, and we saw over 174,000 of them engage with the 2018 Camry message. Following the Trigger, we sent over 120,000 drip emails for which we saw nearly a 52% open rate, much higher than the average 17% that we see on our retargeted campaigns.
