We’ve improved our ability to predict accurate vehicle mileage so that when it isn’t entered at a dealership, it’s no big deal. Our AI now works to gain this information based off both consumer behavior and make or model trends. So if a vehicle comes in to the dealership and the mileage isn’t recorded, we can use the consumers past behavior as well as aggregates of similar vehicles to fill in a likely value. Once the real data is entered our estimation is no longer needed.

With these improvements, we’re able to fill in missing information for consumers to better predict their service and vehicle needs. That means better targeted communications, less unsubscribes, and happier customers.
